Irlandzka, trzykrotnie destylowana whiskey single malt, która po ok. 6-7 letnim okresie dojrzewania w beczkach pierwszego napełnienia po bourbonie, była finiszowana przez minimum 6 miesięcy w beczkach po wzmacnianym winie sherry z Bodegas Baron. W zapachu aromaty suszonych śliwek, fig, sherry i wanilii. W smaku początkowa słodycz przechodzi w wytrawny finisz uzupełniony akcentami przypraw. Butelkowana w naturalnym kolorze i bez filtracji na zimno.
