Biały Bocian is a premium-class Polish vodka produced by Polmos Bielsko-Biała, made exclusively from non-genetically modified Polish grains. This is a premium vodka of the highest quality which, thanks to a unique system of blending ingredients developed by the finest distillers, is remarkably delicate, and is created according to a long-standing recipe using only Polish grains.

The producer operates in Bielsko-Biała and traces its traditions back to the distant past. Polmos Bielsko-Biała has more than ten brands of high-grade spirits in its portfolio and, besides its flagship Biały Bocian, is known for such products as Ogiński, Extra Żytnia and Advocaat, boasting nearly 200 years of tradition. In 2023 the plant changed hands: Polmos Bielsko-Biała was acquired by Stock Spirits Group, which added the Biały Bocian, Żytnia and Ogiński vodkas to its portfolio.

The raw material is grain from one specific region, with an addition of maize that shapes the flavour profile. The vodka is made according to a traditional recipe exclusively from non-genetically modified Polish grains sourced from the Greater Poland region, certified Gluten Free. Biały Bocian is created from carefully selected grains coming, among others, from Greater Poland, including maize, which is responsible for its natural sweetness. Charcoal filtration is used in the purification process. The spirit undergoes multi-stage filtration through activated carbon, and is diluted using the cascade method with demineralised water, then additionally purified to achieve crystal clarity.

The sensory profile is dominated by a grainy, slightly sweet character. Biały Bocian has a delicate, slightly sweet aroma with grainy notes, which carries over into a mild, slightly sweet taste, for some with a hint of vanilla, while the finish is neutral and warming. The bottle, at 40% ABV and 0.7 litre in volume, comes in this set together with glasses. The vodka can be served chilled neat or as a base for drinks; it works well as a mild base for cocktails and in combination with juices, for example apple, grapefruit or cranberry.
