Ten szampan stworzony został w 70% z Pinot Noir oraz 30% Chardonnay. Ma delikatną słomkową barwę i niezliczoną ilość drobnych i regularnych bąbelków. Niezwykle elegancki bukiet, pełen świeżych orzechów laskowych, wiśni – zarówno owocu jak i kwiatu, młodych truskawek, a także lekko ziemistych akcentów. Smak jest jedwabisty, z nutami wiśni, brzoskwini i galaretki pomarańczowej, o bardzo ładnie zarysowanej kwasowości. Złożony i bardzo długi finisz, z akcentem grejpfruta i brzoskwini. Idealny jako aperitif, do homara czy carpaccio z przegrzebków.
