Żubrówka Czarna is a premium Polish clear wheat vodka, distinguished by its charcoal filtration. It is a variant of the Żubrówka brand which – unlike the classic Bison Grass expression – contains no bison grass.

According to the producer, this is a wheat vodka created exclusively from the highest quality spirit and put through a charcoal filtration process, thanks to which Żubrówka Czarna gains its flavour. The name refers to this stage of production rather than to the colour of the drink – the vodka itself remains clear. The variant was inspired by the majestic nature of the Białowieża Forest and its nocturnal face.

In the flavour profile, the producer emphasises smoothness. The vodka is exceptionally delicate and mellow on the palate, while the sensory description points to subtle herbal and fruity notes; a subtle, balanced, refreshing character.

The bottle stands out for its form and material: an elegant, slender bottle of semi-transparent black glass. The spirit has a standard clear vodka strength of 40%. The Żubrówka brand belongs to the CEDC company and remains one of the world's most recognisable Polish vodkas.
