Flagowy Pinot Noir Waipara West z najlepszych gron, ręcznie zbieranych. Po zakończonej fermentacji wino dojrzewa 10 miesięcy w beczkach francuskich, z czego 22% stanowią nowe beczki. W barwie rubinowo- karmazynowe, w zapachu wyczuwalne aromaty owoców jagodowych, śliwki w czekoladzie, ściółki, szlachetnego cedru oraz pikantnych przypraw. W ustach eleganckie, o delikatnych taninach i doskonałej równowadze. Dominują dojrzałe czerwone owoce, suszone zioła, skóry i słodkie przyprawy. Finisz jest krągły i długi. Doskonały partner do kotletów jagnięcych, polędwicy wołowej, pieczonej kaczki i wszelkich dań z leśnymi grzybami.
