To Chardonnay pochodzi z 30-letnich nasadzeń zlokalizowanych na południowym brzegu rzeki Waipara. Obecna tu kredowa gleba oraz panujący klimat stwarzają winorośli warunki podobne do północnej Burgundii. Bardzo niska wydajność oraz ręczne zbiory pozwalają na uzyskanie najwyższej jakości gron. Wino dojrzewało 10 miesięcy na osadzie, ma pięknie zachowaną świeżość, przy jednoczesnej mocnej strukturze i koncentracji. Jest miękkie i kremowe. W smaku wyczuwamy nuty cytryny, dużo mineralności i delikatnie słony akcent.
