Produkowane metodą Ripasso z użyciem osadu pozostałego po produkcji Amarone, który nadaje winu dodatkowych walorów i struktury. Następnie wino dojrzewa 12 miesięcy w beczkach z francuskiego i amerykańskiego dębu o różnej wielkości. Pełna, błyszcząca rubinowa barwa. Aromaty śliwek, wiśni z delikatnym akcentem skóry.
