I returned to the store, expecting a fair resolution, but was told that "nothing could be done" because the price had already been "already increased," and any adjustments would only be possible before purchase. I understand the margins, but such a huge price difference has no rational justification. Even more disappointing was the lack of any attempt to accommodate a regular customer—not even a conversation, a discount, or an offer of compensation. Although I formally paid consciously, I felt completely ripped off. It's a shame, because for years this was a store I gladly returned to. After this situation, I find it difficult to recommend this place to anyone. Update: I would like to add to my previous review. The seller responded positively to the entire situation and offered a fair solution that fully compensated for the inconvenience. I appreciate this approach because it shows that the store takes responsibility and cares about customer relationships. Anyone can make a mistake—what matters is how it is resolved. In my case, the matter was handled with class. Thank you for your response, and I will return to shopping with a clear conscience.
