Wino, które już od 54 lat swoją nazwą reprezentuje to, co najlepsze z winnicy Regaleali i oddaje pełen charakter aromatyczny tutejszych odmian. To klasyka, na którą moda nigdy nie przemija. Jest to kompozycja 4 odmian: Inzolia (39%), Grecanico (33%), Catarratto (19%) i Chardonnay (9%), która dojrzewała przez 4 miesiące w kadziach ze stali nierdzewnej. Barwa słomkowożółta. Aromat świeży, pełen zielonych jabłek, owoców pestkowych uzupełnionych akcentem gruszki i grejpfruta. W smaku świeże, z ładnie ułożoną kwasowością. Wino idealne na aperitif, do lekkich przystawek, jak caprese albo arancini, do ceviche, grillowanej ośmiornicy bądź kuchni azjatyckiej.
