Wspaniałe, chilijskie, białe wino z wyjątkowej, oddalonej tylko o 12 km od oceanu, winnicy Talinay. Panuje tutaj klimat nadmorski, chłodny oraz suchy, a winorośl porasta spękane wapienne gleby. Wino wyprodukowane w 100% z ręcznie zbieranych gron Chardonnay. Fermentacja odbywa się w pochodzących od najlepszych bednarzy beczkach z francuskiej dębiny pochodzącej z prestiżowych regionów, takich jak Fontainebleau, Jupille i Vosges. Następnie wino dojrzewa na osadzie przez ok. 11 miesięcy. Aromat zadziwiająco świeży z nutami melona, mocno mineralny. W ustach pełne, kremowe, lekko brzoskwiniowe, z bardzo długim, eleganckim finiszem.
