Zupełnie wyjątkowe wino skomponowane w 100% ze szczepu Marawi, lokalnej odmiany, znanej już za czasów Chrystusa, a dziś kompletnie zapomnianej. Recanati jest pierwszą izraelską winnicą, która ten szczep przywróciła do produkcji win. Recanati Marawi wyprodukowano w bardzo limitowanej ilości i od razu zostało bardzo wysoko ocenione - na 90 pkt przez Roberta Parkera. Grona zostały zebrane ręcznie, następnie wino fermentowało i dojrzewało na osadzie, w beczkach z dębu francuskiego. Wino jest świeże, cytrusowe, z cudownie zachowaną kwasowością i zaznaczoną mineralnością. Pięknie odzwierciedla terroir Izraela.
