Nazwa Gris odnosi się do wina, którego barwa jest zdecydowanie jaśniejsza niż typowe Rose. Maceracja ze skórkami trwa w tym przypadku tylko kilka godzin, tak by wino tylko delikatnie się zabarwiło. To bardzo eleganckie wino zostało stworzone wyłącznie z odmiany Marselan. Subtelny aromat kwiatów, cytrusów i brzoskwini. W smaku finezyjne, o bardzo dobrej równowadze. Znakomite jako aperitif, a także do dań kuchni azjatyckiej i bliskiego wschodu.
