Ratafia Czysta 40% is a Polish clear grain vodka produced by Grupa AWW. It is a clear grain vodka with an ABV of 40%, launched in 2020 by AWW.

The Ratafia brand has its roots in the history of the Polish spirits industry. Grupa AWW bought the rights to Ratafia from Polmos Sieradz, which has enabled it to gradually bring back to the market forgotten flavours that are nonetheless important to the history of Polish spirits. The producer is a family-run company from the Kalisz area. It has its own rectification and spirit dehydration plant as well as its own cultivated acreage, so almost all the ingredients used in production are its own – with the exception of the fruit for the nalewkas and liqueurs. The company distils and purifies spirit for its own needs as well as under contract for other producers.

In its sensory profile, this vodka departs from the neutral standard of the category. The aroma is tart and balsamic, with a delicate herbal note, while the taste harmonises with the aroma – fairly tart, herbal and bitter. The finish brings a light hint of bitterness, sweet flag, pine nuts and fruit stones.

The bottle has a capacity of 0.5 litre and an ABV of 40%.
