Wino Quinta de Cidrô Pinot Noir jest idealnie zrównoważone i bardzo intensywne w smaku. Po dostarczeniu gron do winiarni, pierwszym procesem jest ręczne usuwanie szypułek. Dzięki zastosowaniu „delikatnego” sposobu ekstrakcji (bez użycia pomp) udaje się wydobyć z winogron nawet najsubtelniejsze aromaty. Dojrzewanie trwa 12 miesięcy i zachodzi w beczkach z francuskiego dębu (30% z nich to beczki wcześniej nieużywane). Pinot Noir w pięknym rubinowym kolorze, pełne mocy i o dobrej strukturze. Specyficzne dla szczepu nuty wiśni i agrestu harmonizują z delikatną wanilią. Intensywnie owocowe na finiszu.
