Wyjątkowe wino stworzone w 100% z gron Cabernet Sauvignon, pochodzących z parceli położonej na wysokości 250 m nad poziomem morza, na zboczach góry Helderberg. Idealnie oddaje charakterystykę odmiany w nawiązaniu do tego wyjątkowego terroir. Fermentacja odbywała się w tradycyjnych betonowych, otwartych kadziach, a następnie wino dojrzewało przez kolejne 7 miesięcy we włoskich amforach z terakoty. W bukiecie jest niezwykle wyraziste z aromatami czarnej porzeczki, fiołków i liści zielonego tytoniu, a na podniebieniu żywe i energetyczne – soczysty owoc, ładnie zachowana kwasowość i delikatna tanina.
