Skomponowane z gron odmiany Tempranillo, zbieranych ręcznie z pojedynczej parceli Salguero w momencie optymalnej dojrzałości owoców. Po fermentacji, Adaro leżakuje w beczkach z francuskiego dębu przez 12 miesięcy, następnie 3 miesiące w dużych beczkach dębowych i kolejny rok w butelce.
