2023 to pierwsza edycja Chardonnay z linii Family Reserve od Kleine Zalze. Grona były zbierane ręcznie z dwóch wyjątkowych, bardzo różnych od siebie pod względem glebowym parceli, oddalonych ok 10km od Oceanu Atlantyckiego. Wino fermentowało i dojrzewało przez 8 miesięcy na osadzie, połowa w 400-litrowych beczkach z dębu francuskiego, a reszta w 500 litrowych włoskich amforach z terakoty. Niezwykle eleganckie wino. W bukiecie idealna równowaga mineralności ze świeżymi akcentami grejpfruta, podbudowana subtelnymi niuansami dębu i jaśminu. W ustach krągła, oleista struktura, z mineralnym twistem. Potencjał leżakowania do 10 lat.
