Nectar to słodsza wersja znanego i lubianego Kleine Zalze Brut Cap Classique. Wino tradycyjnie jest eleganckie i złożone, ale dzięki dużemu dossage także krągłe i delikatne. Bardzo przyjemna kompozycja gron Chardonnay 60% i Pinot Noir 40%, ręcznie zebranych, chłodnym, wczesnym porankiem. Winifikację przeprowadzono w kadziach ze stali nierdzewnej oddzielnie dla każdej odmiany. Druga fermentacja w butelce i dojrzewanie przez 18 miesięcy na osadzie. W smaku urzekające, ze słodkimi nutami dojrzałej brzoskwini, wiciokrzewu i ananasa. Żywe, delikatne bąbelki i idealnie zrównoważona kwasowość.
