Znajdująca się na pięknej wyspie Mull i założona w 1798 roku destylarnia Tobermory produkuje zarówno torfowe, jak i nietorfowe whisky single malt. Ta 14-letnia torfowa whisky znana jest jako Ledaig i po dojrzewaniu w beczkach po bourbonie została zabutelkowana przez najstarszego szkockiego bottlera - firmę Cadenhead. Whisky pełna jest nut słodkiego torfu, słonej morskiej bryzy, wędzonego sera, kremowych herbatników, dojrzałych bananów, wodorostów i słonego mięsa homara.
