Polowaca Herbaciana Góralska is a regional liqueur from the Polowaca brand, produced by Toorank Polska in Jasienica, with an ABV of 36% and a distinctive amber colour. The name refers to the Highlander tradition of tea laced with alcohol, while the label is adorned with a parzenica ornament and a trembita motif.

The spirit is based on plum distillate. The liqueur is made from Śliwowica Podbeskidzka, an infusion of Asantinel Earl Grey black tea, multiflower honey and warming spices. The plum brandy distillate forming the base and the characteristic bergamot aroma of Earl Grey tea are rounded out by a composition of rum, multiflower honey and a carefully selected blend of herbs and warming spices. Owing to the presence of natural ingredients, a natural sediment may form in the bottle.

In the glass it appears as a clear liquid of amber colour. The nose is led by plum eau-de-vie and rum with warming spices. On the palate, plum distillate with warming spices comes through, with a hint of rum and honey. The producer describes the finish as long, pleasant and dry.

The producer suggests two ways of serving. The liqueur can be enjoyed neat, or diluted to prepare a tea-based drink – served hot or cold with ice cubes. The 0.5-litre bottle forms part of Toorank's line of regional spirits inspired by the flavours of Podhale and Podbeskidzie.
