Kompozycja odmian Clairette (60%), Grenache blanc (30%) oraz Roussanne i Viognier (10%), porastających wapienno gliniaste gleby. Po schłodzeniu moszcz poddany został fermentacji w kontrolowanej temperaturze. Wino dojrzewało 7 miesięcy na osadzie w tankach i zostało zabutelkowane przed zakończeniem zimy. W barwie blado złoto ze srebrnymi i zielonymi niuansami. W bukiecie aromaty białych kwiatów oraz białych owoców z mineralnością w tle. W ustach krągłe, gładkie oraz bardzo mineralne. Idealne z lekko słonymi rybami.
