100% Viognier, stworzony z gron zbieranych z winorośli porastających gleby granitowe z osadem aluwialnym na powierzchni. Moszcz zostaje poddany 48 godzinnemu chłodzeniu, a następnie fermentacji w kontrolowanej temperaturze. 85% wina dojrzewa w tankach ze stali nierdzewnej, pozostałe 15% w dużych dębowych beczkach by wydobyć jak najwięcej aromatu owocu. W barwie wino blado złote ze srebrnymi niuansami. W bukiecie bardzo świeże, o aromatach egzotycznych owoców: ananasa, liczi.
