Wyjątkowe 100% Pinot Nero stworzone z owoców zbieranych z parceli położonej pomiędzy morzem Adriatyckim a górami, o aluwialnych glebach będących mieszanką białej gliny oraz minerałów pochodzących z Dolomitów. Zebrane pod koniec sierpnia grona poddane zostały maceracji oraz fermentacji. Następnie przez 12 miesięcy wino dojrzewało na osadzie, w dębowych beczkach. W barwie rubinowe, o aromatach wiśni oraz delikatnie pikantnych nutach białego pieprzu w tle. W ustach harmonijne, z wyczuwalnymi delikatnymi taninami. Wino o długim potencjale dojrzewania, idealne do pasztetów, grillowanego łososia i tuńczyka oraz pieczonego kurczaka.
