Corbieres to wino skomponowane z gron odmian Syrah (45%), Grenache i Carignan z krzewów w różnym wieku: między 20 a 35 lat. Winifikacja każdej odmiany przebiega oddzielnie. Po fermentacji malolaktycznej wina są blendowane. Następnie 25% dojrzewa w nowych beczkach z amerykańskiego dębu przez 10 miesięcy. Wino o ciemnej, purpurowej szacie i bardzo intensywnym aromacie dojrzałych, czarnych owoców leśnych. W ustach doskonała miękkość i owocowy charakter, z dominującą nutą czereśni i miękką taniną. Polecane do mięs w sosach, kaczki i wołowiny w marchewce. Przechowywane w odpowiednich warunkach ma potencjał sięgający 10 lat.
