Kompozycja Grenache (60%), Syrah (20%), Mourvedre (15%) i Muscardin (5%). Winogrona do produkcji zbierane są wyłącznie ręcznie do małych koszyków. Następnie kiście są starannie selekcjonowane, odszypułkowane i mieszane przed rozpoczęciem fermentacji alkoholowej. Dojrzewanie w cementowych kadziach (60%) i dębowych beczkach (40%) trwa od 9 do 14 miesięcy. Powstałe wino jest niebywale skoncentrowane i aromatyczne, o głęboko purpurowej barwie z fioletowymi refleksami. W nosie istna eksplozja zapachów: leśne owoce - jeżyny, porzeczki, jagody, egzotyczne przyprawy, świeżo palona kawa, odrobina kakao, nuty lukrecji i fiołków. Usta miękkie z intensywną, ale krągłą taniną, obiecują długi i aromatyczny finisz.
