Château La Croix du Grand Jard jest położone 15 km na północ od Blaye, w gminie Braud-et-Saint-Louis. Winnica została założone na 12 hektarach w latach 70. XX w, a do dziś została powiększona do 23 hektarów. Wino skomponowane jest na bazie Merlot (90%) i uzupełnione Cabernet Sauvignon. To codzienne, bardzo przyjemne wino, o rubinowej barwie, owocowym bukiecie i delikatnym, harmonijnym smaku. Świetny towarzysz przystawek, prostych dań, grillowanych mięs oraz serów.
