Chateau Fondarzac to winnica licząca ponad 400 lat, położona na gliniasto-wapiennych zboczach Entre-deux-Mers. Ta kompozycja gron Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris i Semmillon, fermentowała i krótko dojrzewała w kadziach stalowych. Krystalicznie przejrzysta i błyszcząca barwa. Aromaty cytrusowe i kwiatowe (białe kwiaty) z subtelnymi nutami bukszpanu. W smaku idealna równowaga pomiędzy pełnią i kwasowością, jest gładkie i dość intensywne. Finisz orzeźwiający i owocowy.
