Wino stworzone z ręcznie zbieranych gron winorośli Grenache, uprawianych na gliniasto-wapiennych glebach. Poddane tradycyjnej fermentacji w małych kadziach, którą przerwano dodając czystego alkoholu gronowego, pozostawiając około 80 g cukru resztkowego. Następnie wino dojrzewało w kadziach, by zyskać piękną bursztynową barwę. Bukiet o aromatach orzechów oraz mango. W ustach słodkie, miękkie, aksamitne o gładkiej strukturze. Idealne jako aperitif, z serami lub na zakończenie posiłku z deserami. Podawać schłodzone do 10°C.
