To organiczne czerwone wino jest kompozycją odmian Monastrell (55%) oraz Syrah (45%). Ma czerwono granatową barwę z ciemno fioletowymi krawędziami. Jest soczyście owocowe, kwiatowe z aromatami czerwonych i ciemnych owoców: malin, wiśni i śliwek. Na podniebieniu dobrze zrównoważone, z dojrzałymi taninami i długim finiszem. Idealne do grillowanego kurczaka, risotto, pieczonych warzyw, grillowanych mięs, hiszpańskich przystawek, makaronu z lekkim pomidorowym sosem oraz miękkich serów lub solo. Serwować w temperaturze 16-17º C.
