100% gron winorośli Chardonnay, rosnących na żwirowo kamienistej glebie w dolinie Enate. Grona poddane zostały maceracji na zimno w temperaturze 8°C, a następnie fermentacji w tankach ze stali nierdzewnej. Wino o słomkowożółtej barwie z zielonkawymi odcieniami. W nosie aromaty świeżych owoców tropikalnych - ananas, banan mango. W ustach rześkie, gładkie z wyczuwalną kwasowością. w 2023 roku podczas dorocznego, już trzydziestego, odbywającego się w Burgundii konkursu na najlepsze chardonnay na świecie, zostało uznane najlepszym hiszpańskim winem z tej odmiany.
