Wyjątkowe wino typu single vineyard stworzone w 100% z gron Friulano zbieranych z 60-cio letnich krzewów. To kompozycja win powstałych na 2 sposoby: bardzo selektywny zbiór w optymalnej fazie dojrzałości oraz późny zbiór, kiedy min. 50% owoców jest zbotrytyzowanych. Oba dojrzewają najpierw oddzielnie przez ponad 12 miesięcy w kadziach ze stali nierdzewnej i dużych beczkach tonneaux, a następnie po połączeniu kolejny rok w butelce. Aromat cytrusowy, z wyraźnym akcentem mandarynek, uzupełniony nutami melona i gruszki. W ustach jest pełne, złożone i niezwykle bogate. Idealne do smażonych i surowych ryb, pikantnych dań kuchni hinduskiej i tajskiej, ale także do miękkich serów.
