Baltic Vodka is a Polish potato vodka bottled at 40% ABV, signed by Polmos Siedlce and inspired by the theme of the Baltic Sea. A brand whose pedigree dates back to the days of the Polish People's Republic, it has been revived according to a new recipe, this time based on potato distillate.

Production is handled by the Chopin Distillery in Krzesk – the very same plant from which the Chopin brand originates. Baltic Vodka is produced at the Chopin Distillery in Krzesk. The raw material here is the potato, not grain, which sets it apart from the majority of vodkas available on the market. This vodka is made from Ikar variety potatoes, harvested at the end of the season, when the starch level reaches 22%.

In terms of technology, this is a spirit with a classic, straightforward profile. Baltic vodka is distilled from pure potato spirit, then filtered twice and subjected to natural refining processes.

Its sensory profile reveals the origin of the raw material. The aroma offers a note of fresh vegetables and a delicate whiff of alcohol, while the palate shows earthiness with a vanilla finish. On the palate, Baltic remains slightly earthy, a hallmark of its raw material origin; this earthiness is neither heavy nor rustic, but rather gives the spirit an identity founded on a specific raw material instead of on technological smoothness alone.

The 0.7 l format in a gift carton is a version intended to be served neat, chilled or frozen, as well as a cocktail base. Baltic Vodka is a classic vodka with a clean character – smooth, neutral and versatile, equally suited to drinking on its own or as a cocktail base.
