Kompozycja ręcznie zbieranych gron Marselan, Grenache, Cinsault i Carignan. Każda odmiana była winifikowana oddzielnie, przy czym w przypadku Marsellan część winogron pochodzi z późnego zbioru i była częściowo podsuszana. Wino dojrzewało przez 5 miesięcy w beczkach dębowych (60% dąb amerykański, 40% francuski). W kolorze intensywnie rubinowe, a aromat to bukiet dojrzałych owoców jagodowych, wiśni i przypraw. W smaku jest pełne, jedwabiste, eleganckie, krągłe, z miękką, słodką taniną.
