Koncepcja tego wina powstawała w roku 1989. Chodziło o stworzenie wina „na co dzień” - mniej skoncentrowanego, a jednocześnie bardziej przystępnego cenowo niż flagowe produkty winnicy. Jest kompozycją Sangiovese (80%) z domieszką Cabernet Sauvignon i Merlot. Dojrzewało 6-8 miesięcy w kadziach ze stali nierdzewnej, a następnie przez 3 miesiące w beczkach z dębu francuskiego. Wino jest soczyste, świeże, z ujmującym owocowym aromatem. W smaku wytrawne i gładkie. Potencjał dojrzewania ok. 5-7 lat. Świetne do makaronów w mięsnych sosach, pieczonych białych mięs, drobiu i pasztetów.
