Fermentacja w zbiornikach betonowych z 6-miesięcznym okresem dojrzewania w beczkach francuskich. Po tym okresie wybierane są najlepsze 50 beczek, z których powstaje to wino. W barwie purpurowo- fioletowe. W zapachu obecne śliwki i jeżyny, konfitury z czerwonych owoców, z nutami fiołków, czekolady i wanilii. Na podniebieniu intensywne, o dobrej proporcji nut owocowych do akcentów beczkowych. Zakończenie jest długie i lekko pikantne.
