Pierwsze drzewa oliwne trafiły do Argentyny przywiezione przez europejskich imigrantów w XIXw. Na ziemach rodziny Zuccardi od początku znalazły swój dom i dziś stanowią ich nieodłączny element. Los Olivos to linia, która ma podkreślić przywiązanie i szacunek jakim producent darzy te drzewa. Torrontes to wino stworzone wyłącznie z tej odmiany, które dzięki 6-cio miesięcznemu dojrzewaniu w kadziach na osadzie nabrało pełniejszej struktury i ciała. Aromat jest kompozycją nut białych kwiatów, gruszki, marakui i pomarańczy. W ustach świeże, przyjemne, z krągłą strukturą i delikatnym finiszem. Znakomite na aperitif, do ryb i białych mięs.
