Jest to blend odmian Shiraz (80%), Grenache (16%) oraz Viognier (4%). Winogrona każdego ze szczepów zebrane zostały w różnych stadiach dojrzałości, by każdy z nich mógł wnieść do tej mieszanki to, co najlepsze. Zarówno Grenache jak i Viognier poddano fermentacji w stalowych tankach. Wino dojrzewało przez 14 miesięcy w beczkach z francuskiego dębu. Stworzone zostało w stylu win Północnego Rodanu: korzenne aromaty, mięta i owoce, a do tego nuty czarnych oliwek i skóry. Łagodny, ale rześki finisz. Wino z potencjałem leżakowania ok. 6 lat.
