Unikalna kompozycja single malt i single pot still irish whiskey, która dojrzewała w beczkach z amerykańskiego dębu po bourbonie, a następnie była finiszowana przez 12 miesięcy w beczkach typu hogshead po wzmacnianym winie Marsala z winnicy Florio na Sycylii. Każda butelka jest oznaczona numerem beczki i butelki. Butelkowana z mocą 45%, bez filtracji na zimno. W zapachu słodkie nuty syropu cukrowego i owoców z sadu.
