Wódka Regionalna Wiśniowa Old Polish Vodka is a semi-sweet flavoured vodka from Podlasie, produced on the basis of the company's own cherry macerate, with an alcohol content of 38%. The spirit belongs to the Old Polish Regional Vodkas line – a series recreating traditional, regional recipes of Polish quality vodkas.

Behind the product stands a family business, a Polish craft producer of natural spirit products, which began operating in 2007 and whose facility is located in the village of Lewkowo Stare in the region of the Białowieża Forest. Old Polish Vodka is a family company that opened its own plant in Lewkowo Stare in September 2014. Its location amid the Białowieża Forest and access to local fruit form part of the manufactory's identity.

The starting point is grain spirit made from Polish rye, while the flavour character is imparted by the fruit macerate. The line is produced using infusions of fruits typically found in Poland, natural linden honey and grain spirit from Polish rye varieties. The producer emphasises the craft approach to its work – the collection comprises Polish flavoured vodkas made exclusively from natural ingredients, where cherries, plums or rowanberries and natural linden honey are the quintessence of the products, while hand bottling and a long maturation period refine the vodkas.

Fruit dominates the profile. The vodka is distinguished by a pronounced aroma and flavour of ripe cherries with a note of linden honey. Its mellow taste and natural, deep aroma of ripe cherries balance the 38% alcohol strength with unobtrusive sweetness. This is a semi-sweet spirit in which the fruit brings both sweetness and a slight acidity, while the structure remains round and gentle.

Owing to the natural character of the product and the absence of any adjustments, sediment may form. The vodka can be served chilled and also works well as an ingredient in cocktail creations. Bottle capacity: 0.5 litre.
