Winogrona są zbierane ręcznie w optymalnej dojrzałości, a każda odmiana jest fermentowana osobno. Kompozycja Tannat (50%), Marselan (30%) i Merlot (20%), która po zakończonej fermentacji częściowo (30%) dojrzewa w beczkach z dębu amerykańskiego przez 6 miesięcy. Intensywna rubinowa barwa. Aromat i smak to dojrzałe ciemne i leśne owoce- maliny, jeżyny i suszone śliwki podkreślone nutami beczki jak czekolada czy wanilia. Świetne do dań z pieczonych mięs, dziczyzny, czerwonych mięs i pieczonych makaronów jak lasagne czy cannelloni. Temperatura serwowania: 16-18°C.
