Jednoszczepowe wino oparte na odmianie Garnacha, której owoce pochodzą z chłodniejszych terenów, dzięki czemu idealnie oddają charakterystykę terroir. Fermentacja w małych betonowych zbiornikach w kształcie ściętego stożka, a następnie dojrzewanie przez 12 miesięcy w dużych (500L) beczkach z dębu francuskiego drugiego użycia. Intensywnie wiśniowa barwa. Bardzo aromatyczne, z doskonałą ekspresją owocowości. Bogactwo czerwonych owoców, głównie słodkich truskawek, z akcentem ziół i przypraw. W ustach pełne i soczyste, z długim, miękkim finiszem. Idealne, podawane w temperaturze 16°C - 18°C do gulaszu wieprzowego, jagnięciny i kaczki.
