Tobelos Crianza to stuprocentowe Tempranillo, którego grona pochodzą z parceli Rivas de Tereso, San Vicente de la Sonsierra i Labastida. Fermentowało w kadziach ze stali nierdzewnej, a następnie dojrzewało przez 12 miesięcy w 225-litrowych beczkach z dębu francuskiego (70%)i amerykańskiego (30%). Bardzo intensywny aromat z nutami czerwonych i czarnych owoców, którym towarzyszą korzenne akcenty cynamonu, kakao i cedru. Bardzo przyjemne i przyjazne w smaku. Krągłe, soczyście owocowe, z gładką taniną, dobrze zintegrowaną kwasowością i długim finiszem. Bardzo uniwersalne w połączeniach kulinarnych. Znakomite do czerwonych i białych mięs, dziczyzny, pieczeni, drobiu, szynki, wędlin i szerokiej gamy serów.
