Wyjątkowe, stuprocentowe Grillo o intensywnym aromacie i bogatym ciele. Nazwa własna "Cavallo delle Fate" odnosi się do popularnych baśni, w której świerszcz nosił wróżki niczym koń jeźdźca, stąd określenie "koń wróżek". Owoce zbierane były w różnej fazie dojrzałości: jedne trochę wcześniej, aby zachować jak najwięcej świeżości i mineralności, inne później tak by nadały winu struktury i głębi. Wino dojrzewało 4 miesiące na osadzie w kadziach stalowych. Znajdujemy tu aromaty skórki cytryny, brzoskwini i ziół. W smaku jest świeże, niemal chrupiące, z piękną kwasowością i akcentem soli w finiszu. Pięknie oddaje najlepsze cechy odmiany.
