Austrlijski Shiraz to wino, do którego nikogo chyba nie trzeba specjalnie przekonywać, a w wersji Chateau od Tanundy jest niezwykle elegancki i wykwintny. Dojrzewał przez 18 miesięcy w beczkach zarówno z dębu amerykańskiego jak i francuskiego. Urzekający, skoncentrowany aromat jeżyn i jagód wzbogaconych akcentami czarnego pieprzu i wanilii. Finisz jest długi, z ładnie zintegrowaną taniną. Wino typu single vineyard.
