Winogrona służące do produkcji tego wina pochodzą z Barossy, a także chłodniejszego regionu Langhorne Creek. Winogrona fermentują przez 7 dni na skórkach z codziennym battonage. Następnie przechodzi konwersję malolaktyczną w beczkach, po czym trafia do nowych, starannie selekcjonowanych beczek z francuskije dębiny, w których dojrzewa przez 12 miesięcy. Powstałe wino jest eleganckie, z nutami dojrzałych jagód, czarnej porzeczki i jeżyn. W ustach soczyste, z ładnie zachowaną kwasowością i miękką taniną.
