Winorośle, z których zbierano owoce do tego wina należą do najstarszych krzewów Cabernet Sauvignon w regionie. Po fermentacji malolaktycznej wino dojrzewało przez 18 miesięcy w beczkach z dębu francuskiego. Ma przepiękną malinową barwę i hojny bukiet pełen ciemnych owoców, czekolady, wanilii i cynamonu. W ustach do głosu dochodzą akcenty owoców lasu, czarnej porzeczki, przypraw i dębiny. Wspaniały, długi finisz i długi potencjał dojrzewania. Bardzo limitowana produkcja.
