Bardzo selektywny zbiór ręczny, następnie 120 dni suszenia w odpowiednich warunkach. Kiedy owoce stracą około 40% wagi i cukier gronowy wzrośnie odpowiednio wysoko, zaczyna się proces maceracji. Dojrzewa 4 lata w beczkach ze slawońskiego dębu, następnie spędza rok w butelce. Wino wyjątkowo eleganckie, wytrawne lecz miękkie i dobrze zbalansowane. Bogaty aromat pełen suszonych owoców.
