100% Sangiovese w wyjątkowej odsłonie z Cru Roncicone. Ta znakomita parcela ma 10 hektarów i jest położona 320 m n.p.m. Gleba jest tu złożona z morskich i piaszczystych osadów oraz kamieni, a w głębszych warstwach także gliny. Owoce były ręcznie zbierane i starannie selekcjonowane, a wino dojrzewało niemal 2 lata w dużych beczkach (500 litrów), z których 30% stanowiły nowe. Barwa intensywnie rubinowa, z granatowymi refleksami. Aromat złożony, z dominującymi akcentami kwiatów: irysy i fiołki, a także miękkim, dębowym tłem. W smaku zachowana soczystość owocu, trochę nut przypraw, dobrze zrównoważona kwasowość, elegancka mineralność, z intrygującym słonym akcentem w finiszu.
