W winie tym mamy 100% odmiany Chardonnay, a niemal roczne dojrzewanie miało miejsce w beczkach z francuskiego dębu. Wino jest pełne aromatów tostów, wanilii i przypraw. Dzięki regularnemu battonage podczas dojrzewania, na podniebieniu ma elegancką, pełną i kremową strukturę. W ustach jest zarówno kremowe, jak i rześkie, ze nutami dojrzałej gruszki, wanilii, cytryny i mineralnym akcentem w długim finiszu.
