Rocznikowe (2020) wino musujące stworzone metodą tradycyjną, w 100% z wyselekcjonowanych gron Chardonnay z winnic Brolio. Po delikatnemu tłoczeniu, winogrona poddano fermentacji w tankach ze stali nierdzewnej w kontrolowanej temperaturze. Wino dojrzewało na osadzie do kwietnia 2021, kiedy nastąpiło zabutelkowanie, dodano liquer de tirage i rozpoczęła się druga fermentacja. Po 3 latach od zabutelkowania osad został usunięty, a butelki uzupełniono tym samym winem bez dossage. To znakomite musujące wino ma charakterystyczne dla chardonnay nuty jabłek, soczystej brzoskwini i białych kwiatów z akcentem brioszki i kremową, pełną strukturą.
